RACER Design Studio seeks passionate, collaborative talent to join our growing office.

What we seek:
Someone who wants to join a creative studio with a wide variety of project typologies and can contribute to a culture of design.
Someone interested in taking a project from pre-design through construction.
Design and Production professional proficient in Revit and AutoCAD. Construction Drawing creation with minimal oversight is a must.
Time management and prioritization skills are important as you will be responsible for multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive people that are process and results driven, take the initiative and meet deadlines.
An understanding of constructability and procedures, building materials as well as applicable building, accessibility and energy codes.
You understand and have knowledge of all project phases including programming, design, construction drawings, bidding, permitting and construction observation.
Capability to review submittals, shop drawings, responding to RFI’s, and represents the firm during the Construction Phase..
Participation in after-hours Industry industry Networking networking events is encouraged.
Professional degree in architecture from an accredited institution required.
5-10 years of post-graduate work experience.
Laboratory planning experience is desirable but not required.

You will oversee the day-to-day progress of projects, lead the coordination of consultants, and have direct interaction with clients.
You will participate in all project phases including construction observation.
You will assist senior staff in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff.
